Christy has recently been certified as a Nutrition Counselor through the AADP and graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012. She is an avid foody and gardener (and artist) who makes green juice every day, and recently with the greens straight from her urban garden. She has had a life-long fascination with nutrition and has been successfully helping a loved one fight cancer for over 6 years, focusing heavily on nutrition.
